Our refunds and returns policy is compliant with the ACCC regulations. Should a refund be required all steps taken will be compliant with consumer law. Due to the perishable nature of flowers we do not offer returns on purchases, however we can offer refunds under certain conditions.
Most flowers will last an average of 5-7 days in normal circumstances (not exposed to heat or left without a water source) with some exceptions which will have a shorter or longer lifespan.
Please note that even if there is water sitting in the vase, if it is not filled up to the top there is a chance that some stems are not submerged and this will cause them to wilt.
If you have taken all steps to ensure the longevity of your flowers and feel they have still not lasted for the average 5-7 days, please contact us in writing via email and we will respond as a matter of urgency with a resolution.
As per the regulations set out by the ACCC, we do not offer refunds based on the following:
– Change of mind.
– You ordered the wrong product and failed to inform us straight away.
– You found a different product elsewhere.
It is natural for different varieties of flowers to have different lifespans, therefore some of the flowers in your arrangement may last longer than others.
This is perfectly normal.
Simply remove the spent flowers to spruce up the vase, and continue to enjoy the longer lasting varieties.
We currently deliver within a 20km radius of Melbourne CBD. In order to keep delivery costs as low as possible we do not offer timed deliveries.
All orders must be placed by 10am for same day delivery.
Due to the volume of orders we cannot cater late requests, so please ensure you have organised your flowers ahead of time.
All orders will be delivered to businesses by 5pm and home addresses by 6pm. For businesses, please include business name and building level (if applicable). Delivery prices are calculated at checkout.
If no-one is present to accept the flowers we will leave them in a safe place out of the elements, and contact the recipient to let them know where to locate them (if location is not obvious). Please ensure you have included a contact number for the recipient, as well as your own, in case of this.
If a safe location is not found we will contact you to organise a redirect to another address, or a redelivery the following day.
