ABA'S TEA
Mabu Mabu owner, Nornie Bero, named this beautiful tea after her Grandma Aba. Fantastic for stress relief and high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, Aba’s Tea is flavoured with native strawberry gum, cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle, and wild hibiscus.
SALT BUSH
Dried salt bush has a softer, earthier taste than traditional salt, and makes an amazing flavour addition to your cooking. Use to flavour breads & savoury muffins, to sprinkle over dishes in a dukkah-style mix, or use directly as a salt substitute.
MABU MABU CHAI
We swear by this amazing locally made chai – the addition of pepper berry gives it a lovely, spicy kick! The blend of indigenous wattleseed & cinnamon myrtle, along with star anise, cloves & rooibos make for a delicious, warming drink.
