We all know someone who says "my next job is going to be a florist"! They love flowers and gardens, and are always arranging little displays of blooms in their home. We designed this wonderful hamper with our fellow flower lovers in mind!
THE BOTANIST GIFT HAMPER INCLUDES
- A mini posy of locally grown & naturally dried flowers to enjoy.
- 2 packets of flower seeds from local farm Moonrise Growers for them to grow their own blooms! Selection will depend on farm availability.
- A mini kenzan for them to make their own arrangements at home.
- A tin of Aba's Tea from Mabu Mabu - perfect for relaxation and stress relief with native strawberry gum, cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle and wild hibiscus.
- A set of 2 spiral taper candles, made in Melbourne from pure Australian beeswax.
- Your message hand written on a compostable Botany card.
- All items beautifully presented in a reusable/recyclable hamper box (they could even plant their seeds in it!).
Pour the tea, light the candles, and arrange little displays of home grown flowers just like a florist - you don't even need to change career!
Our hampers are hand delivered by our talented team Monday to Friday within 20km of Melbourne. Happy gifting!

FAQ
WHEN WILL THE FLOWERS ARRIVE?
We deliver to schools and cafes by 3pm and to businesses and residential addresses by 5pm. In order reduce our emissions, make our runs efficient, and keep our delivery prices low, we do not offer timed deliveries.
WHAT IF THEY AREN'T HOME?
If there is a safe and sheltered spot to leave your flowers we will pop them there until the lucky person returns! If there is nowhere safe, we will contact the recipient to organise an alternative, such as leaving them with a neighbour. Make sure you include their phone number just in case!
They HAVE PETS, ARE FLOWERS OK?
Whilst consuming any kind of plant material may give pets an upset tummy, there are also some plants that are considered toxic. Please let us know if there are pets inside that might be tempted to nibble.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Whilst we don't have tracking in place, you will receive an email upon delivery so you'll know exactly when they receive their flowers!

Our packaging is reusable, recyclable or compostable - all of it! Because we don't use imported or dyed flowers, you can safely pop them straight in the green waste.
no floral foam
You may have noticed that we don't use boxes for our flowers. This is to avoid floral foam which is fine-celled thermoset phenolic plastic. It is listed in SARA Hazard Categories as both an Acute Health Hazard and a Chronic Health Hazard.
